G4S Security Services (UK) secures contract for CAP Index CRIMECAST® system in the UK

G4S Security Services (UK) has signed an agreement to use CAP Index’s CRIMECAST® system in the UK. CRIMECAST is an internet-based solution for assessing crime vulnerability and site-specific risk mapping. It enables real-time analysis and comparison between the risk profile and crime vulnerabilities of any address in the UK.

Using CRIMECAST’s analysis and mapping functions, businesses can make effective site selection and accurate risk management decisions, improving bottom-line security. The system can generate reports at any time to quantify a specific site’s crime risk level.  CRIMECAST tracks and analyses this risk level over time, helping clients determine appropriate security measures.  

CRIMECAST will form part of the integrated security solution that G4S Security Services (UK) offers to its clients. The product will enhance its existing security service and help provide clients with added insight into the security risks posed to their business in different locations across the UK. By utilising the product, G4S Security Services (UK) will allow clients to proactively manage their business risks by receiving a security service tailored specifically to their needs.
